Reservations: Require a minimum 50% advance deposit or more plus refundable security deposit.

Cancellations: There is a $150 fee for cancellation of a reservation; no refund will be given if reservation is cancelled with 30 or fewer days notice. Early departures are not refunded.

Extra People: $15 per person, per night.

Children: Sorry, but the cottage is not set up to accommodate children under 10.

Pets: $15 per day, per pet.

Refundable Security Deposit: $200.00 - upon leaving the cottage in good order we will refund your security deposit to your credit card.
